Please email us at triadrv@gmail.com with “Cancel Spot” in the subject along with your name and spot number at least 10 days before the 1st of the next month. We will base your cancellation request on the email time stamp and respond to you confirming your cancellation has been processed.
We prefer debit cards but also accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Triad RV Storage does not issue refunds for unused portions of a rental term. Rates are based on this no refund policy. If you choose to vacate your space early, no refund will be given. Any prepayment made on your site is non-refundable. You may not place any other RV, trailer, utility trailer or any other object or device in the rented space in place of the approved unit(s).
We pro-rate your first month payment based upon your arrival date. The second month payment is initiated on the 1st day of every month thereafter. We require a ten-day notice for cancellation so any spot reserved past the 20th day of any month will be assumed to have a next month payment initiated unless otherwise notified and agreed upon in writing by Triad RV Storage.
We only serve the vehicle market at this time. Boats, RV’s, cars, trailers and other forms are welcome! We are considering additional features and storage options in the future!
We require 10 days notice to allow our waitlist customers the opportunity to make a decision on storage. We hope you understand. We will bill on the first if 10 days notice is not provided but will refund any portion (pro-rated) if the spot is leased after your vehicle(s) are moved.
We have advanced video surveillance and gate access equipment. We will do our very best to protect your investment. That is our commitment to you!
We only have a General Liability insurance. We highly recommend you obtain insurance for your vehicle.
