12 x 40 – Outdoor – Uncovered

Our facility is for the parking of campers, cars, boats and other recreational vehicles. We will start with outdoor parking however we will add in covered structures, three-sided canopies or completely enclosed structures based upon demand.

We are conveniently located in Colfax between Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem off 1-40 exit 208 – Sandy Ridge Road near the Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI).
